Grapes are a type of fruit that grows on vines. The grapevine belongs to the Vitaceae family. From 6 to 300 grapes are held together in the same bunch. Its color can be black, blue, gold, green, purple-red, or white.Ripe grapes are eaten directly, or made into juice, jelly, wine, or grape-seed oil. We also planted grape trees on the roof of our house. That tree has not yet produced fruit. However, the leaves of the tree are dense. Small-scale grape cultivation does not require additional space. Grapes can be cultivated by choosing a place in the courtyard of the house where there is sun from morning to afternoon but there is no standing water.

I usually eat this fruit two to three days a week. It is my favorite fruit. Because it contains a lot of protein, sugar, fat. Vitamin C or sour fruit, grapes should be eaten on a full stomach. Sour fruit can be eaten between breakfast and lunch.This type of fruit can be eaten in the afternoon as well.

The fruit I buy from the market is available for twelve months. I buy it once a week. I have my own grape fruit tree on the roof of my house. But the tree has not yet borne fruit.Now the current market price of grapes is going high. As I go to the market every week to buy fruits. In current scenario I am converting the price according to Steam price and SBD price according to Bangladeshi price.

Grapes contain vitamins K, C, B1, B6 and minerals manganese and potassium. Grapes play a special role in preventing diseases like constipation, diabetes, asthma and heart disease. Grape seeds and skins contain antioxidants, which act as anti-aging agents. Not only this, it also protects the heart and blood vessels from aging.

Pregnant women should also avoid grapes. Because a special compound in grapes affects the unborn child.In the future, it may cause stomach problems in the child. As a result, there is a risk of gaining weight by eating grapes. Have problems with throat or mouth allergies? Even so, avoid grapes.People with kidney problems should not consume grapes in excess.
