Eggs can't really be said to increase blood pressure or not to, as it's contains essential nutrients like protein, choline and vitamin D, which help in maintaining healthy blood vessels and blood pressure.

But also eggs yolks contains high level of cholesterol which can increase blood pressure in someone. Also saturated fats is present in eggs which can contribute to increased in blood pressure when consumed excessively.

It's also depends on types of people, how most people response to eggs yolks and it's impact on their blood pressure can be different. Some people maybe so sensitive to the cholesterol and saturated fat content whereas other people may not Experience such effects.

Calories In Eggs

Eggs are of different types and sizes and the amount of calories in it can vary depending on the type of eggs, the chicken breeds and diet. The amount of calories in a normal large eggs is approximately 70-77 calorie*, but if the eggs is extra large than normal as the results of it's breed or diet it's can contain 80-85 amount of calories.

However most of the eggs calories is gotten from the eggs yolks which contains about 55 percent of calories in normal large eggs and the other white part of the egg contain about 17 percent of calories.

It's good to have it's in mind that the larger the eggs, the more the calories, also some breeds may have a great effects, such as the breed leghorns, it's has a lower calories content. Although eggs is a great source of protein, it's relatively low in calories when compared to other protein source like meat, fish and even fewer than some plant-based protein like beans etc.
