  • Yogurt and Kefir: These two are rich in probiotics, and they can help populate the gut with useful bacteria.

  • Bananas: Bananas as a fruit contain probiotic fiber that helps feed the gut bacteria, along with potassium to help aid digestion.

  • Onions and Garlic: These two are very rich in prebiotic fiber, which helps feed the good bacteria in our gut, thereby helping them to thrive strong.

  • Apple's: This is very high both in pectin, and fiber as apples help support the growth of useful bacteria and also help in maintaining regular digestion.

Practicing the eating of these ingredients which we have shared and drinking enough quantity of water, can help us to maintain a healthy gut microbiome, lower inflammation, and support better digestion.
