Amaka life was full of agony from one pain to another simply because she came from a poor family, whatever she says is not a welcome idea. One good thing about Amaka is that everyone is her beauty and smartness in life.
Things became so difficult for Amaka and her mother immediately after the death of her father. Her family was doing well in his business, but unfortunately, act of jealousy he was poisoned by his brother whose intention was to take over his wealth. Ooh, this is so sad, which all men had to be extremely careful with how they go about drinking.
After the death of Amaka father, his uncles from his father's side started fighting over her father's properties while Amaka and her mother were still mourning the death of their loved one. The part of the scenario was that Amaka didn't have a brother, which in the law of his father's family, a woman can't Inherit the property of her parents if they are no more. Ooh, this is where the suffering of Amaka and her mother began.
Everything Amaka father had worked for was taken by his family members. As years passed by, Amaka and her mother were abandoned by their in-laws who stopped caring for them. Two years after the burial of Amaka father, his uncle sold the house they were staying in and they were forced to park out of the house.
Things became so difficult, for them in the city which they had no other option than to go to their villages. Amaka mother took Amaka to her village, and after some weeks, they began calling them witches that she had killed her husband so she could carry his property but couldn't.
Amaka and her mother face so many challenges while in the village, that her mother could no longer bear the shame and insult than to commit suicide. After the death of Amaka mother, she suffered a lot before she was lucky to find her destiny helper who got married to her sent her to school, and provided a well-paying job for her.
