The use of technology is very important to everyone, which is why technology has taken over so many things that most of us have become addicted to. Yes, I love technology and the digital life, which has made things so easy for us. I am a lover of technology because the benefits of using it outweigh the disadvantages. With technology, I can easily communicate with my loved ones, both at home and abroad, and I can also get to communicate with you live.
With technology, I can know the latest happenings in the world without asking someone, and I can also get things done within minutes rather than doing things manually, which often takes time to accomplish.
The digital aspect of technology in our lives is what I love most. Most of the time, if I am bored and lonely, it is the digital life of technology that keeps me busy and happy when chatting with friends and watching funny videos.

The digital devices that I prefer to use in my daily life are my Oppo A12 smartphone and Samsung laptop.
The two technologies above are my daily-use technologies. I often use my phone every day to make calls, chat, and even post on Steemit, whereas the laptop is what I often use for design, watching movies, attending classes, and a lot more.
What are some positive and negative effects of your dependence on digital devices? |

As I earlier said, the positive impact of using technology to me is far greater than the negative impact of using technology, of which I have shared some below.
- It makes me feel happy.
Digital devices make me not feel depressed or worried over issues because, with my devices, I can go online and start seeing funny things that can make me smile again.
- It's easy communication for me.
Digital devices make communicating with my loved ones so easy and fast. It helps me communicate with people across the globe without going to see them.
- It is a source of income for me.
Digital devices bring income to me, let alone the way I have been posting and earning on Steemit. It also helps me promote my business without going to radio and television houses.
- It does take my time.
Spending time on digital devices takes most of my time, which often makes me late for work or any function.
- Eye effect
Too much use of digital devices affects my eyes because of the light. Due to this, I operate digital devices at night, and when operating digital devices, I lower the brightness.
