The continent of Asia is home to some of the highest and lowest points on Earth, such as Mount Everest. Asia is the home of more than 4.5 billion people. It has cover 30 percent of Earth's land area. As we have known that 4.5 billion people are found on this has make continent most popular as well.
In human body, red blood cells live for about 120 days in human body. When this period, complete red blood cells die and starts forming new red blood cells continually in bone marrow to replace the olde ones. Similarly, old red blood cells are killed in the recticulendothelial system by macrophages.

The vitamin E consist of antioxidant that helps to supports over all health and protect cells from damage. Vitamin E helps the body to consume vitamin k .that is dangerous for health. It helps our body to keep immune system strong and healthy. Vitamins are also used in cells for interacting each other.Vitamin E helps to improve appearance of face look and make skin soft and away from wrinkles and fine lines etc. But over taking vitamin e can be harmful for our body.
