Anger depression confuses people. And anger doesn't work in people's heads when depression is confused. Then people are able to speak loudly and do many things in anger. So our anger creates confusion in our mind. And we get upset. Which always leads to bad behavior. Anger leads to frustration and confusion.
How being confused affect you mentally? |

Being distracted would lead me into a bad mood. Because anger never allows a man to become calm by disturbing a calm mind. So I think confusion can't affect us well. Rage is exclusive. When people are angry, people do not accept anything. And small things make people grow up through anger. And through anger people abuse people. Confusion and depression in this regard can never lead us in the right direction. Everyone should rise above the confusion and move forward with a calm mind. anger suppression Because anger can cause many harms in human life which we do not expect. Most of the people who hear about anger from their childhood till now make bad choices out of anger. And people commit suicide in anger. But they are not right in our society. So I think one should avoid being distracted and always move with a good mind and be cheerful with everyone.

I only feel confused when no one is around me. Someone lied to me without me noticing. Because sometimes I can't stand people's lies. Then I was confused to free myself from the criminal. And want to convince others for good deeds. I get confused if I don't understand good work.Whatever it takes, I have to get away from it. I listen to music angrily. Later I got confused. One should not show so much anger towards people. Because anger is a bad influence. From then on, I could not shake the belief that no one should ever suffer and that everyone should always be treated with kindness.Then bad thoughts left my mind. And secondly when I get more angry.
