I am going to talk about a skin condition which is autoimmune and most commonly it occurs in 55% of people all over the world according to a research so I would like to explain about this condition by elaborating many of the points.

Scleroderma is defined as autoimmune disorder of skin and it is a disorder of connective tissue basically that is present underneath the skin. Scleroderma disorder mean a disorder that is caused a human when his immunity fight against his own body and in this disorder specially against skin cells.

If we talk about symptoms of this disease than it cause thickening of body of skin but first the symptoms appears in fingers when fingers become swollen to some extent and colour changes in fingers can also be occur and usually color changes into pale.

If we talk about treatment of scleroderma then hundred percent treatment of this skin condition is not possible but you really medication are given to that patient for prevention and further spreading of this disease and prevention of further severity.Medication is given Mycophenolate.

Scleroderma can also be fatal if it remains and treated so it doesn't matter that which stage of disorder a person have there should be proper treatment at earlier stage of any disease or disorder.

Scleroderma assessment and diagnosis includes physical examination of the patient by physician and after that for the confirmation of positive sign of this disease a physician take some part of skin by the process of biopsy which means removal of any part of tissue for diagnostic purposes.
