Topic I have chosen for today's discussion is very interesting and it is about skin care and you can say it is about self care also because skin care is another name for self care so let's discuss the importance of skin care as well as sum of tips that how can we take care our skin.

It is very important to take care of skin because it is considered as largest organ of body and it is the first barrier to protect ourselves from different pathogens that can enter in our body and can cause several problems
We can also care our skin if we are beauty conscious because the first thing that is noticeable while seeing the beauty of person physically is the skin of that person so take care of your skin in order to take care of yourself.
There can be different methods to take care of skin but I want to make one thing clear that there are some people who consider that faur complexion have more beauty than dark complexion and there are some people I have also seen that feel complex give to their dull complexion so I want to make it clear that there is no beauty in fair or dark complexion beauty is something else by keeping aside the complexion word.

We can take care of our skin by using different things but the most basics step while you are taking care of your skin is to drink plenty of water as well as to apply sunblock when never you are exposed to sun rays or sunlight as well as you should use a good moisturizer and a good cleanser after spending your day with different dust particles you should clean your skin.
After that it is very important to use different serum that can make your skin flawless and free of open pores so for this purpose you have to use nicinamide, hyaluronic acid and Vitamin C serums but it should be with the prescription of doctor and according to need of your skin.
