Assalam-o-Alaikum! from me to the people of steemit. I am @maria-jangoa. Welcome 🤗 to my post. Alhamdulillah! I am fine and I hope you all will be fine with the grace of Allah Almighty. And I hope you all will be enjoying your time. Today I participate in the contest that is organized by @suboohi. The topic of the contest is "One Picture And One Story Week #36". So, let's start without wasting any time. I hope you would like and enjoy my post.

Dear friends, in today's era, no human being is fully recovered, everyone is suffering from some or the other time illness and is facing difficulties. My brother has had kidney disease since childhood. My brother also has the same kidney.

Suddenly blood started coming from his brother's urine, due to which we were very worried. Dr. Akmal, who is a kidney specialist, got it done from C.M. H. By the grace of Allah, the brother recovered, but now due to sudden deterioration in health, we consulted the doctor and he told us to go to Sargodha CMH.

We left the house at nine o'clock and reached Sargodha in about two hours. The heat was very hot. After parking the car, we first drank water and then met Dr,PA. We told him about Cornal Akmal, so he told us. Give an appointment immediately, as soon as we went to the doctor's room and told Cornal Kamal, they were friends with each other. I took this medicine for a week.

The doctor said that there is some problem in your large intestine, due to which you will have to undergo an operation. We went to the canteen and drank juice.

The heat was also very high and now I am very hungry. My uncle's family is in Sargodha. Meanwhile, he got a call saying that the food was ready. We went from here to my uncle's house. had lunch and rested for a while and almost left here for 🏠 home.

After coming home, I was very tired. First, my brother cooled the milk and gave it to my mother and father, then I drank it myself, rested for a while, then I went to the kitchen to make some food. My brother said, he will eat brost. I will be busy in making brost. Then I thought that I would make brost for everyone. I made bread, then I sat and ate with everyone, then the day came when my brother was to have an operation. Thanks to Allah, my brother's operation was successful and Alhamdulillah. Now my brother is fine.
