Assalamualaikum all of my friends. How are you all? I hope you all are well. I am also fine. Today I edited my post to participate in the Steem For Pakistan Community Contest. The content of today's contest is Sharing my general knowledge which is organized by our friend @sahar78. So starting to write my participation post based on the content of today's contest.

Is bittergourd rich in any vitamins?

Bittergourd is a well-known and bitter-tasting vegetable that is available almost all year round in our Bangladesh. Various types of curries are loved by many for their flavor enhancement and body benefits. Rich in nutrients Bittergourd vegetable contains Vitamin B6, B9, C, E etc. This food rich in various vitamins in a single vegetable is very beneficial for our body and this vegetable plays a very important role in the immune system of our body. Moreover, bittergourd vegetable cures respiratory diseases and the juice of this vegetable mixed with honey is good for the lungs and this vegetable juice is beneficial in asthma, bronchitis and inflammation of the throat. Moreover eating this vegetable controls cancer cells and destroys cancer cells. Moreover, this vegetable juice does not allow the formation of new cells. Moreover, for eye problems, this vegetable has a lot of vitamin A which helps in maintaining good eyesight.

What vitamins are rich in ladyfingers?

Personally, coriander is one of my favorite vegetables and coriander has many medicinal properties. This vegetable contains vitamins A, B, C and rich in iron along with some other nutrients. Barley also contains meat, vitamin-C, calcium, iron and iodine each of which nutrients are beneficial for our body. Apart from this, eating this rind removes constipation and cleans the stomach urine and stools. This vegetable is also beneficial for cough and improves digestion, reduces the incidence of rheumatism and is very beneficial for diabetes.

What vitamins are rich in pistachios?

Pistachio nuts are a delicious food and one of my favorites. Pistachio nuts contain several nutrients that are very important for our body. Especially pistachio nuts contain Vitamin B9, B12, C, D etc. which are beneficial to our body. Pistachio nuts play an important role in the diet of those who are overweight because this nut protects our body from obesity. Moreover, pistachios are a nutrient-rich food due to the presence of fiber, protein, antioxidants, vitamin B6 and potassium, and this food helps in controlling cholesterol levels and blood pressure.
