Bitter gourd is rich in which vitamins?
In fact, bitter gourd contains many types of vitamins. It is not possible to say precisely because of this. The nutritional value of bitter gourd is very high. Which is very beneficial for our body. There are many people in our country who do not want to eat bitter gourd. Because this gourd is very bitter. That's why not everyone likes to eat. If the bitter gourd is fried in a lot of oil, it is very fun to eat. I only eat bitter gourd. I like that very much. Earlier people used to say that the body is not wasted by eating gourd. Bitter gourd juice is very beneficial for the body. There are many benefits of bitter gourd to our human body such as:- Increases immunity, controls blood sugar, controls stomach worms, improves eyesight, protects against cancer, helps in reducing body weight, helps in controlling blood sugar etc.

I have not seen it in the market for the last two months. It is mainly a summer crop. Everyone in my family loves this vegetable. So when I go to the market, I definitely buy this vegetable.

But the problem is that it is a very expensive fruit. It is unaffordable for middle class families. Because its price is just a dream for a middle class family to buy. A middle class family will have to think twice to buy it. I have never bought this fruit. I ate a long time ago. But due to lack of capacity, I did not buy it myself. It has many benefits for our body such as:- It helps to keep the heart healthy, helps to keep the blood in good condition, contains a lot of anti-aging properties, thus helps to reduce body weight, and can produce a lot of energy in the body.
