Welcome to my blog once again, am writing on this amazing contest titled One Picture and One Story by @suhoohi
Wow, the waiting day has finally reached; this very picture was taken today at Ebonyi State International Airport.
My brother was among the lucky people that was given a scholarship by the government to do their Master's in the United Kingdom.
I have been waiting for this special day to come, and finally it came, but I have already started missing him because am not going to see my brother for like a year and six months.
The airport environment was looking so beautiful ❤️ then I was just busy snapping pictures.
All of them were putting on uniforms; this particular dress is usually used, and people that wear this particular dress are Igbo people in Nigeria, so they put on this beautiful dress to show that they are Igbo land in Nigeria.
The governor of our state finally came because everyone had been waiting for him to address all the people who were going to the United Kingdom. He advised them to study very hard and make Nigeria proud and Ebonyi State proud, too.
Today was really colorful in Ebonyi state, Nigeria, and I really had fun today; at the same time, I was happy that my brother was among the people who got a scholarship to study in the United States.
