Hello friends! I'm @moazzamushtaq from #pakistan and I warmly welcome all of you to my post. I hope that you all will be fine and will be enjoying your lives. Today I'm going to participate in the contest in Steem For Pakistan organised by @suboohi ma'am. The topic is "One Picture, One Story". Let's start the topic;
The picture which I have shared above is of Minare Pakistan. I catupred this picture about two weeks ago one weekend when I had visited Emporium Mall, Lahore. There was a stall in the mall showing yhe heritage and culture of my country Pakistan. When I was at that stall suddenly I looked at this piece. This is the Minar-e-Pakistan and it has lot of history related to my country's independence. Let's talk a little on this picture.

Minar-e-Pakistan (Urdu: مینار پاکستان) has a strong historical background and is a national monument which is located in Lahore city of Pakistan. It was built in the memory of Lahore Resolution, passed on March 23, 1940. This resolution marked a great significant for the independence of Pakistan as it was the base.
This tower is 203 foot (62-meter) tall that was built in the heart of Lahore, in Iqbal Park and also surrounded by the beautiful gardens. The design of this minarete is inspired by Mughal and Islamic architeture that is why it is built very beautifully.
Minar-e-Pakistan has a lot of historical landmark as well as also a popular beautifull place for tourists destination, and its history and beautifull visiting place attracts the visitors from all over the world. In this tall tower there is a museum, a library and some other apartments, which tells us the history and culture of Pakistan.
Beside this, the monument is a symbol of national pride and unity alsk, which represents the struggles and aspirations which they made for independence, of our elder people. On March 23rd, every year, Pakistan Day is celebrated at Minar-e-Pakistan, with various ceremonies andevents taking place.
so this is the story of my picture. At the end I am inviting @abdullahw2, @sahar78 and @patjwell to participate in this contest.
Thanks.

@moazzamushtaq.
