The rule and procedure which governs the processes of courts are called laws. By using legal laws the courts apply justice, rights and descipline so that equal facilitation can be given to the public and for betterment of the nation. The legal law explains the condition for solving the disputes mean how the cases are brought, heard and decision making process to ensure the justice in the community. These laws ensure the peace in the community or in country by dealling with different cases in justice. For example, Procedure and Family Court Act 1964.

The law, "Family Courts Act, 1964" is the example of procedural law of my Pakistan. As this is mentioned by its name that this law was passes in 1964 for resolving the issues of the families. This law contains some other provisions but its important objective is to resolve family disputes in a effective and efficient way, and for this purpose methods and procedures are clearly written. These laws are mainly used in those courts of Pakistan that are established for family family issues and thus it clarify the decisions on family matters.
● In family problems some important issues are divorce and property related but this law covered all material issues of families quickly by simplifying the processes and reducing delays.
● The Act 1964 is a legal law as it ensures and apply the legal processes for resolving family problems. Beside explaining the rules and regulations, this Act has some articles in which rights and responsbilities of family membors are mentioned
● Family procedural law is strictly enforced to resolve family material issues especially the problems related to females gender (enforced female rights).
B. I indicated which of the principles of procedural law are present in that law and why? |

The Family Court Act 1964 contain an important principle of law to make it effective, fairly done and also accessible for resolving family disputes.These laws deal with family matters such as marriages, divorce, alimony, maintenance and disputes solving.
The principle of justice ensuresl that all these family matters can be dealt within courts with appropriate practice. It eliminate the legal processes and allows the follow up those rules which are important in family matters. It is very important for a country to apply justice and the principle of justice recognizes the importance of speedy resolution of family disputes. Fairless Hearing of Laws ensure that both parties within the courts have all rights to a hearing, which is the basis of procedural law. This priciple limit the restrictions and allow both parties to represent their evidences when necessary.

Yes, After reading the case I enable to define the situation and can destinguish between process and procedure. Below I have divide process and procedure in two groups:

| After reading the case of the class I have understand this that all laws which have been started by Mr. Ramirez will be terminate the contracts between parties which is the result of a process. | And the procedures are the individual'a processes, actions and all methods which facilitate in the resolution of process, like inspection, hearings or evidences. |

A.- According to what was explained in class, identify the procedural subjects and locate them in each of the characters present in the case. Explain why you gave your answer. |

Well I have read the case carefully and know going to explain procedural subjects. The main part of the trial of this case is given below:
Pedro: is the actor. Pedro is the plaintiff. He is taking legal actions (appeal) for thosw damages that are resulted from the accident.
María: She is the defendant against the appeal of Pedro. The car of Maria was evolved in accident and that is why accusing as she was driving car, and caused the accident.
Mr. Manuel: His role is is as the third party (intervener). Because the car was of Mr. Manuel and this is the reason he joined this case. Although he is not directly involved in the case but the case could effect his propert (the car).
So in this case Pedro is a plantif as he appealed against Maria for his damages. Ms. Maria who is accusing, is the defendant. And the third party Mr. Manuel is also important in the case as car of the accident belongs to him.

Procedural law plays a crucial role in fairly resolving disputes among parties thus are important for maintaining peace in the community. It gives standerlized rules for assuring descipline and for fairly making decisions.
