Greetings to my dear Steemian friends, how are you all? I hope you are all well by the grace of Allah. Alhamdulillah I am also well. Today I am here to participate in this "One Picture And One Story Week #70" Competition run by Steem For Pakistan Community Admin @suboohi, (ma'am) This is a very nice competition where you have to share a picture of the day. Origin of this picture:- Our office micro fiber group organized a special employee function, where the contribution of all the employees and workers of the organization was honored. The day was festive, joyful and a great example of motivation for all the staff.

Main Content of the program is:

Rewarding: All the workers are awarded in various categories to recognize their hard work and contribution. This increases the interest and sense of responsibility of the employees.

Cultural performances: Dances, songs and plays are organized with the participation of the workers, which makes the whole atmosphere more lively.

Motivational Sessions: Special guests and senior officials of the organization gave many motivational speeches, which will help the employees to improve their professional skills.

Entertainment Activities: At the end of the event we will have distribution of gifts through lottery and special entertainment for family members.

Employee sentiments: One of the workers who attended our event said, "We work hard for this organization, but this kind of recognition motivates us more. The importance of the organization is evident in today's event."

The main objective of the initiative: Our Micro Fiber Group always works for the welfare of their workers. Today's event was a message to the workers that the organization is grateful to them and stands by them for their development. Such initiatives not only strengthen the relationship between the organization and the workers, but also set a positive precedent in the entire society.

Every year this event is organized for all the employees - officers and workers from our Office Micro Fiber Group. This initiative of our office is really commendable. By organizing such a function every year for all the employees-officers and workers, the office environment becomes more friendly and cheerful. Such initiatives are not only for entertainment, but also a great opportunity to strengthen friendships among colleagues and get to know each other better.

A healthy and beautiful work environment is created by everyone participating in various activities and sharing joy in such events. Hopefully, this kind of organization will continue in the future and we will spend many more happy moments together.
