How do you manage your monthly budget in a job or Business?

Managing monthly budget can be so difficult because of our dialysis needs. To manage this, it has to work with planing and self-discipline.

As a business owner, you need to learn the importance of budgeting which will give us guides on our daily transactions. I remembered in my secondary school, a subject called Economics. I was taught how to draft scale of preference and knowing the difference between wants and needs.

This has helped me in so many ways and guide me on my spendings. I focus on what I needs and not my wants. The difference between needs and wants are, Needs are the most important and essential things you need to have a healthy living. While wants are things you desire which are not necessarily essential for survival.

I manage my monthly budget base on my needs using the scale of preference. I make sure I use this method to avoid spending unnecessary. Another way is that I make plans before approaching another month and cut my coat accordingly to its sizes.

Several times I make budget and draft out my needs before going to the market. If not, I might end up attending to my wants and forgetting I have some needs. You know how local markets or supermarkets can be, you can sight something you have been wanting, if you did not make plans you will need up purchasing it and leaving some of your needs unattended.

This also implies to Jobs and business, you should utilize the importance of scale of preference and keep in track your expenses.

Skills and Education are both important in achieving a handsome job or a successful business. Education provides a foundational knowledge while skills gives more experience and the ability to know the practical aspects.

Personally, both are great combination of getting handsome job and running a successful business as it will equip you with knowledge and the practical ability needed for successful job or business.

A Boss.

Being a boss comes with having a successful business. So it’s like being the both. I want to have my own business and be able to handle it and run it well while having workers that will work for me.

Nothing beats having a business, overcoming challenges, and in the journey, it’s becoming a successful one.

What is the success story of your choice of work or business?

Interviewer:

We are so excited to meet you, thanks for joining us here. Can you tell us the challenges you had before achieving a successful business.

Presenter:

I came from a poor background, my parent couldn’t help me further my education. After my secondary school, I worked for someone and gathered some money to further myself into higher institutions for a brighter future.

That’s inspiring. Can you tell us your journey after school life.

Presenter:

After school I was hoping I would get a job with my certificate but it failed me but I was determined to break the cycle of poverty in my family. I started some odd jobs and focus on cement business. Although there was challenges but I was able to overcome and thank God it’s a success
