Happy weekend and Sunday to all my dear steemians from steem for Pakistan. I hope you had a nice time in the presence of the Almighty today. I am here to tell you how my Sunday in His presence went. It was a great moment replete with joy and fun. Stay with me let's begin.
Sunday is one of my best days I enjoy most . This is because I will meet my friends in the church and also praise and worship my creator. I woke up early by 5am to start preparation since our church services start by 8am. I helped my wife bath the children while she prepared breakfast. But knowing that I love pawpaw, she brought me pawpaw while waiting for the main breakfast.
I had a breakfast with my family. My wife presented Afang Soup with foofoo for breakfast. Afang soup is one traditional soup that is commonly eaten by the people in this part of Southern Nigeria. It is cooked with Afang leaves and water leaves as the main ingredients.
By 7.30am, I had finished preparation to church. I left with my family and then reached church by 7.54am because the distance is not really far .
It was a get-together and thanksgiving service. This service marked the beginning of reunion. It was characterized by songs of praises, thanksgiving, testimonies and presentations by different sets of people in tbe church.
After prayers and praises, different group of people had a presentation. First, was the children, followed by the women and the men. It was colourful.
After the presentations, came the entertainment. Food and drinks were served to members as a kind of fellowship to mark the beginning of the year.

At the end of the service, I prayed for all members and the service dismissed.
The service ended by 4pm more than normal 12noon because it was filled with activities. But it was exceptional. I really enjoyed my Sunday in His present.
I came back home by 4.30pm, had bath to refresh myself and then rest a little. When I woke up by 6pm, I helped my son do his homework. This took us till 7pm. After this, i had to write a post on steemit contest against the next day.
That was how my sunday went.
