hello my people, I greet you all and I wish you a happy weekend, so before I start my answering the questions I would to comment @sahar78 for introducing such a great and educated topic to write on, through this many will learn from one another.

what you understand by the word confusion

for someone to be confuse, in my own understanding is that the individual is stuck in between many choices and desame time does not know which direction to take, it is a process whereby not knowing understanding or knowing what to do in any situation.

It can be in your home, business or anyway.

How being confuse affect you mentally

Confusion is a very serious problem that can really affect us if care is not taken, if an individual finds he or her self in a problem that can not be resolved easily, it can make the person start being moody and thinking too much.

This will really affect their mental health because it has to do with the mind, if the mind is not being feed with clear and beautiful thought it might lead to problem,sometime high blood pressure.etc

Share a brief story in which you find yourself confuse, and how I get rid of the situation

I have been in this situation countless time, but I will share just one experience here and this was the worst experience ever, this happen back then when I was in the university.

It was when I wanted to pay my fees, it was late the fee portal was almost closing so I had to rush down to the person that has being paying my fees for me since I began.

i went to him we sat down together an we try it, but the network was really bad so he said that he will pay that I should go to my exams, so the next day when I wanted to print the fee receipt I realize that he did not pay and that the portal also was close.

I went to him only to find out that he took my school fee an solve his personal problem, I was angry and confuse because I didn't have any other money to pay again and already the portal has been closed.

solution

So I decided not to keep this problem with my self, so I went in to my department and I discuss everything with my exam officer and my head of department, so the head of department gave me the money.

not just that my exams officer took it upon himself to the portal and he paid the fees and then he updated all my courses.

so the best way to solve this is by communication, don't keep your problems to yourself thank you.
