Let me first of all thank @artist1111 for introducing this topic for us, and also I appreciate all steemians for their hard work in posting quality and educating content.


Today I will be writing about health and how to maintain a healthy life.


What's your favorite form of exercise?

Firstly, excercise is one of the secret to maintaining a healthy life, and there are different types of excercise, but today I will be emphasizing on the one I enjoy doing.

The kind of exercise I prefer is gyming, I enjoy working out and I have been expose to the gym for over a year now, and I have really seen the benefit of it to my health.

Working out is one of the hardest an difficult thing to be engaged with but trust me there is this saying that "no pain, no gain" so in other for you to archive you must suffer.


Share a quick and healthy breakfast idea.

Someone who is expose to an exercise and want to develop his or her health, should focuse on eating a balance diet in the morning and it should be something light.

Combination that is suitable to be consume is, after workout you should take some fruit juice, and your food should contain 40%protein, 30%carbohydrate 10%fat & 20%vitamin.


With these together it will helps in your muscle growth, and you will grow more energy then your skin will go smooth and this can never be achieve it it's not balance.


How do you manage stress effectively?

Very good question, most people are having this problem because of their nature of work.


But as for me no matter how busy my day would go I atleast must borrow myself 45minutes of my time to rest my head a bit, sleeping especially in the afternoon is so healthy and it enables a healthy growth.


And sometimes if you are careless stress do kill, because the brain of a human being is just like an engine, it needs to rest a bit else it's sta misbehaving.

This is my favorite kind of exercise too. I love to go to gym and do workout there. It's in my daily morning routine going to gym.

My favorite breakfast is egg, Desi Channa and mango juice
