INTRODUCTION
I am so delighted to welcome you all to yet again another amazing contest by artist1111 in the steem for Pakistan community which here I'm going to share with you all some of the basic activities that we can engage our body in other to maintain a healthy living
Today's contest topic is a very crucial and important one as it is very much needed in our daily lives, so base on the contest tips I will be sharing with you all my favorite form of exercise, a healthy breakfast idea and lastly how I'd manage stress so sit down read and enjoy
WHAT'S YOUR FAVORITE FORM OF EXERCISE?
So many people have so many form of exercise which there all like to specify in but for me when it comes to my favorite form of exercise it's working out and going to the gym
My gyming equipments
Indeed I have so much love for gymnastics and coupled with my love for gymnastics it later became my favorite form of exercise and in our house all thanks to my senior brothers who moulded some of the basic gymnastics equipment for me and it is being kept in our backyard
So since I will have to goto work early I will then wake up as early as 5am in the morning then go to the backyard to do some exercise at first I will start with pushups as a form of warm up before continuing to the main business.
The reason why I like gymnastics so much is that it helps makes a man look like a man, it makes us fit for our daily activities and it also makes us look healthy in terms of bodily appearance
SHARE A QUICK AND HEALTHY BREAKFAST IDEA.
Here I will be sharing with you all my own personal breakfast idea that contains all the six classes of food and also good for healthy living.
After working out since I'm just an average person who takes an average food not like celebrities, so my breakfast includes beans, yam with sause but if all that is not available I will take our traditional food which include soup 🍲 with garri or fofo and I do not like taking rice as breakfast because it's only rich in carbohydrates which only gives the body instant energy that won't be sufficient for carrying out our daily activities
Generally when talking of a good and healthy brain idea I think when taking a breakfast we all should make sure that it contains all the six classes of food that is essential for healthy living
HOW DO YOU MANAGE STRESS EFFECTIVELY?
So many people have their own special way of managing stress effectively but for me how I choose to manage stress is always very simple after having a long day at work and coming back I'm always stressed out
So how I'd manage stress effectively is first of all through exercising, when I'm working out my mind is always very focus and with that I'd always forget about some of the things that were bothering me both mentally and psychologically
And another way which I have been using in managing stress is through writing all thanks to the steemit platform each time I sit and want to composed an article I'd always feel so relax and free cause all my focus will be on what I'm writing.
And lastly the one thing which has greatly help me a lot in managing stress is by watching movies and since I'm a lover of food, eating also helps relieve me off stress 😔, cause each time I eat I'm always very happy which in turn helps soften my thoughts 💬💭 and make me to feel relax.
CONCLUSION
This will be the end of my entry and I will like to urge you guys to try as much as you can to maintain a healthy living through proper and regular exercise, a healthy diet and offcourse a healthy and relax mind.
