How are you all, I hope you are well by the grace of Allah. Alhamdulillah, I am fine too. Today I will participate in a nice contest on Steem For Pakistan organized by our dear moderator @sahar78 the interesting contest for this week.

Italian cuisine is famous for its diversity and rich flavors. Here are some popular Italian dishes:

• Pizza: Originating in Naples, traditional pizza has a thin crust, tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, and various toppings such as basil, pepperoni, or mushrooms.

• Spaghetti: Often served with tomato sauce or meat sauce.

• Fettuccine Alfredo: A creamy pasta dish made with butter and Parmesan cheese.

• Lasagna: Layers of pasta, ricotta cheese, mozzarella, and meat sauce, baked until bubbly.

• Risotto: A creamy rice dish usually made with arborio rice and flavored with various ingredients such as broth, onions, mushrooms, or seafood.

Iranian cuisine is known as Persian cuisine. Iranian cuisine blends Kozani, Turkish, Greek, Central Asian, and Russian cuisine. The main dishes of Iran usually include rice, lamb, chicken, fish, and various vegetables. Iranian cuisine uses fruits such as almonds, dates, pomegranates, quince, prunes, khurfu, and raisins along with green herbs. Iranian spices include saffron, dried lemons, cinnamon, and parsley, used in special dishes. Iranian kabab, stews, and traditional dishes are world-famous.

• Potato Salad: A salad made with a mixture of potatoes, eggs, and tender chicken meat with mayonnaise. It is a must-have at Iranian events.

• Vegetable Polo or Mahi: Polo or Mahi is a traditional Iranian dish. This dish is served during New Year celebrations. It is made by combining white fish with herbed rice pilaf.

• Keimeh: This dish is prepared with a combination of broken beans, tomatoes, dried lemon, and onions, along with French fries and eggplant. It is amazing in taste and aroma.

• Sweet Candy Gaz is made with sugar, nuts, and eggs. This candy is served during traditional events like the Iranian New Year. It is a sweet dish full of rose water flavor.

• Tahchin Rice Cake: This rice cake is made with chicken, yogurt, and eggs. This authentic Iranian dish has a great aroma of saffron.

Pakistani food is famous all over the world. The people of the country have a little more attraction towards fried food.

Kebab: Another favorite food of Pakistanis is kebab. Different types of kebab are available in the country's restaurants. Among them, Shik Kebab, Chapli Kebab are famous. It is eaten as an afternoon snack in Pakistan.

Biryani: Biryani is a famous food of Pakistanis. It is especially a favorite food for the people of Pakistan. Biryani is available in most of the restaurants in the country. Pakistani biryani is quite delicious.
Haleem

Haleem: One of the favorite foods of Pakistanis. Its demand increases further during the month of Ramadan. Haleem is famous in the outside world as a traditional food of the country. This food is prepared with a mixture of various pulses and meat.

Ghazrila: Ghazrila is also known as carrot halwa. It is called 'Gajar ke halwa' in Urdu. The dish is made with carrots, nuts, milk, sugar and butter. Pakistanis eat it every day after dinner. It is also customary to eat this dish during festivals or weddings.

Gol Gappa: Gol Gappa is a favorite dish of Pakistanis. It is available on the roadside or in restaurants in various cities of the country, including Karachi. Gol Gappa is especially popular as a street food in Pakistan. It is served with chutney, green chilies, chaat masala, potatoes, onions and chicken. Gol Gappa is also a favorite dish of people from other countries.
