Topic which I have chosen for sharing with you is very important to know about it because many of the people take it light but when situation becomes complex then it becomes very difficult to return to normal position and I am talking about motion which is movement of body and many more new terms about it.

In computer ROM is read only memory but this ROM is not related to computer this is all about a medical term which is called range of motion if we see abbreviation of it.
Range of motion is defined as arrange of movement that a person can perform maximum. If a person is performing an ideal range at any joint according to research which a normal person can perform then it means person is healthy and if a person is unable to perform an ideal range and stops in between the range then it means that muscles of that person is not healthy because they are not completing range.
A human body can perform a lot of movements and because at every joint there are different movements so we cannot generalised and specify it but we can say that at ball and socket joints that have three dimensional movements there are two additional movements which are internal rotation and external rotation of your joint in which a joint moves internally through a rotation and a joints move external through a rotation respectively.
The movements that every joint can perform is flexion which is shortening of the joint angle or you can say in proper works that a movement in which joint angle decreases and second movement that every joint can perform is extension which is increase in joint angle while performing that movement.
There is a movement circumduction and it is a three dimensional movement so it is very definite to know that three dimensional joints can perform that movement about which we also called that they are ball and socket joints like our shoulder joint and our hip joint.

That was all about range of motion and in very deep words the importance of range of motion and different movement of our body so it's our responsibility to move every part of our body in a proper way and to have a good poster to stay away from any of difficulty in movement and stay healthy about our muscular and skeletal system
