I started my day in the name of Allah and then I go to the kitchen for making breakfast for me and I have a lot of time in which I made breakfast for me and I enjoy it as well as I get ready for going to hospital as and intern.
This is in picture you can see a lady which is frozen shoulder patient and with her consent I captured picture when I was treating her with ultrasound modality which gives deep heat. She was an old lady of 68 years and she has frozen shoulder from one year but she first time came for physiotherapy so her prognosis was minimum of 2 months for complete recovery because she had chronic frozen shoulder.
After giving 35 minutes session to frozen shoulder patient I was free for one hour because there was male patients in all cabins and I never treated male patient so after sometime I have another patient who was a little baby of 3 months and she was a patient of Erb's palsy which is a congenital disease which could be due to wrong baby position during delivery which cause nerve compression at cervical level.
After that I want some refreshments and snacking as I was tired after two sessions with my patients and then there was no patient I have to deal with that why I enjoyed some of my most favourite snacks that was potato sticks.
Today's weather was extremely hot and it was more than 40 degree Celsius and I was just feeling as sun is just at my head so it was after noon timing when I was going back to home from hospital after my internship day in auto and within 15 minutes I was in my home as hospital is not much far from my home.
It was night time then my father brought some of my most favourite fruit which I really enjoyed and it was really sweet and sour in it taste and its taste was just mix up of sweet and sour. I enjoyed it and within 2 hours I slept.

Wa Alaikum Salam my dear sister @sahar78, how are you? I hope you are well. It was very nice to read your post. First of all, you started the morning with the name of Allah, then you made breakfast for yourself. After making it, you had breakfast.
Then after that you shared a photo with us, a 68-year-old lady with a frozen shoulder. You photographed her with her consent, so I saw her. After that, I became depressed.
May Allah grant him a speedy recovery and you told him that it would take two months for him to recover and after that you started treating patients mostly men.
After that, you treated a small child who was three months old who had a Erb's palsy congenital disease, then you were free for two hours.
Eat your favorite snacks and eat potato sticks then you start your journey towards home as you said it was 40 celsius heat then it's fine. If it's too much now it's evening time. When it was done, your father brought your favorite fruit for you. You ate it and you fell asleep. It was very nice to read your post. May Allah bless you always. Ameen.
