In life you need to always think positive and believe you can do all the good things that comes your way. Once you have faith and believe you can do it when you know you don't have all the abilities of doing it, that means you are halfway close to doing it perfectly. I thank @artist1111 for organizing this contest that always come with a huge reward.

Government regulations on media content: Are there restrictions on certain topics?

Definitely their are few restrictions from the government about media few contents. The government in Nigeria are very serious about the restrictions of certain topics being publicize and these topics are;

Hate speech : The government doesn't approve hate speech because hate speeches are known as small but mighty actions, the reason I said so I because hate can cause civil war.

Pornographic contents : Things related to pornography are highly prohibited in the media all over the world. Such contents are made for those above the age of 18 under condition. Is immoral to make such thing publicize in the country that's why they are restricted by the government.

Political propaganda : The political affairs of a country is meant to well protected and needs to avoid the act of spreading fake information about the political status in a country in the media.

Security : The security status of a particular country is meant to be well guided because such information are meant for the military alone and not for the public because this is one of the ways the country can be protected.

Media bias and political influence: Do you think media outlets lean towards specific ideologies or not?

I do think media outlets often lean towards few ideologies or not. Whenever the media report few information of the affairs of the country they are always bias about it most times. The origin of this mostly influenced by few factors like;

The journalists : The lifestyle of the journalists as well as their dealing with other people influences the way news are presented publicly.

Political context : This can be influenced through the political status and climate.

Funds : The available funds of a country or organisation determines the way the media outlets are being influenced.

Satisfaction from viewers : In other to influence the satisfaction of media viewers, they make the public display of things they want, always available.

Media ownership and concentration: Who owns major media outlets (Channels)?

The ownership of all the media outlets/channels are being determined by the nature of each country. Lots of countries own different channels that satisfy their needs as well as that of other countries. These are few examples of media outlets and their owners 👇
