What Is The Difference Between Own Business And Job?

Job is a financial activity an individual engage in by working under someone, an individual get paid by the owner of the business he/she is working under. We don't normally have time for ourselves while working for a company because we are limited to doing our work daily as we get fixed payment either daily, weekly or monthly. In this category, you hardly face the profit and loss aspect because what you are focused on is your work and your salary.

Business is a financial activity in while we do on our own, without seeking for permission from anyone. In this category, the owner faces loss and profit as he's the one in charge of it, he is able to pay his workers after there work has been done for a particular time. Whenever the business flourishes at a time, the owner enjoys it fully without increasing the salary of his workers. Once the business becomes bad for a while as well, the owner tend to suffer it alone.

Own business tend to have advantage and disadvantage but I will be talking about the advantage because that's what the contest organizer requires us to do. They are;

• The owners tend to gain freedom as time isn't much of their problem.

• The owner gets more profit alone whenever the business flourishes.

• The owner grows the business immediately he has the opportunity to do so.

• The owner also gets the overall profit whenever the business is on a normal rate.

Explain Some Advantages Of Job?

Those working as workers in a particular business field, do also have their won benefits because they deserve it even if they are getting paid. They are;

• Getting paid for their work regularly.

• The acquire new business ideas they can use to run their own business when they want to become an entrepreneur.

• They are mind-free as they have no fear of loss when the business collapse for a while.

• Despite the fact they get paid, they are also get the service of insurance companies through the nature of the job.

In Your Point Of View Which One Is More Better?

The two are quite equal when it comes for comparison but I feel that the business is better than that of the Job.

My reasons for this is because the business makes it possible for it's owner to gain massive freedom in life because he/she isn't working under the control of anybody. The boss also gets maximum profits in the business because he/she was the one who invested money more on it.

I know there are risks as a business owner but once these risks happen to be in our favor, we will get numerous profit and forget about our loss for a while. I thank you all for reading.
