Today I'm here with a diary game. In this post i will show you how a food technologist or a quality Assurance supervisor do work in industry or lab or in feild. In will show you by pictures. So let's start

Today I wake up early in the morning and went to Mosque That is near to home for reciting Fajr Prayer. Then I went back to home and and prepared for going Head Saifan because now I'm in Mailsi for the purpose of job in Fauji Fresh n Freeze. Then I take breakfast and call the driver and we went to towards location. In below I will show you pictures.

At 10 AM we were start out journey towards Saifan first of I will tell you why we were traveling towards Saifan. As you know that I'm a Food Technologist and now I'm doing Job in Fauji Fresh n Freeze as A Quality Assurance Officer in Mailsi Office. So I went to towards Analysis Potato for Opa. After 1 hour we reached our destination.

First of all I went to towards my Team for supervise them as supervisor and check the quality of Tubers and checked the defects that they found in Sample. They were done their sample and then I do DMC and check the sugar of Potato. Now below I will show the DMC and sugar reading of LR Potato.

After making the results of Lot then I moved towards second team that they were doing sample of LR Potato in Karam our. Karam pur is a small city near to Head Saifan Mailsi. Then I supervise them and check their sample results and discuss with my team about lot. Then I make the results of sample and write the LIR. LIR is the record of Quality and also the pas of lot in cold store.

After doing this in Evening I went to towards Head Saifan for enjoying some time. Below I will show you the pictures of head Saifan. Head Saifan is a beautiful bridge and Satluj river is also passing under the head Saifan bridge. But in these days water quantity is much low. Now I will show you some pictures of head Saifan.

In the evening I was used WhatsApp for giving the reports about day what we do and send all results to main office and asked about pass and rejected lots in below I will show you Screenshot of using WhatsApp.

In evening all the members of team are sent their LIRS and rejected lots for the next days route plan.
