How are you all, I hope you are all well. Alhamdulillah I am also fine with your prayers. First of all I would like to thank @aaliarubab for organizing such a beautiful contest. So today I am participating in this contest. So let's get started.
What is your all time favorite traditional food and why?
My all-time favorite traditional dish is vegetable noodles. Noodles are a very tasty dish for vegetables. It is usually almost home cooked.
From toddlers to adults, this dish is loved. I love this dish because Since this dish is cooked with vegetables and eggs, it is rich in nutrients and vitamins. It is a balanced diet. So food is very beneficial for our health.
What is the most surprising or unexpected ingredient in your traditional dishes.
The most important ingredients for me to prepare this dish are noodles, eggs, tomatoes, potatoes, onions, leaves, coriander leaves, onions, oil. The spices and cilantro in the noodles add more flavor to the noodles. Also, many may add more fresh vegetables. But anyone can cook this dish according to his experience. However, if the noodles contain more vegetables or eggs, it is better.
If you were to describe your traditional food to someone who has never tasted it before, how would you describe its taste and texture?
Anyone can enjoy this dish. This noodle dish can be made with only eggs. But cooking with vegetables increases the taste of this dish. If you heat the oil and cook it with all the ingredients in the same amount as the noodles, it is very tasty. However, these noodles are eaten by almost everyone in the country and abroad. This food is available almost everywhere in our country, such as at home or in restaurants, etc. Many people are making commercial profit by making the food.
If you could only eat one traditional food for the rest of your life, what would it be?
I generally prefer less spicy food to traditional food. And in these vegetable noodles, various vegetables are used and eggs are also used. This reduces the deficiency of vitamins and nutrients in the body through this food. So I will choose this food for life. By eating this food, I reduce my kuda as well as increase my body's energy needs. I grow a lot of vegetables around our house. So this dish is also easy for me to prepare and good for good health. I don't have to go through much trouble to make this dish. So I will choose this dish for future.

Every country has some traditional food. Anyone can cook our traditional vegetable noodles according to their heart. The taste will vary according to the cooking.
