What are the two moments from 2024 that you will cherish forever? Tell us why?
The year 2024 is coming to an end. There are only 4-5 days left. The year 2024 has been full of various experiences for me. Today, through this contest, I am mentioning two of my moments that will be memorable in my life.
First moment: -
My first moment is the memory of the Global Meetup organized by Steam for Bangladesh. I have been working on the Steemit platform for about a year and a half. I have made many friends here. But I met everyone virtually. The Global Meetup has allowed me to meet from virtual to real. This is the first time that the Global Meetup is being held. And I am a witness to history and participate in the meetup. 22 Steemit friends from different parts of Dhaka met in a beautiful quiet place. We spend the day in various ways. Along with the generous behavior of the respected admin and respected moderators, the charming environment, and their tendency to make us feel easy, I am overwhelmed with emotions. Participating in this meetup is a great achievement in my life, which I will never forget. So, I will cherish this special event forever.
Second moment: -
The event that I am going to publish now is a travel event. We three colleagues and friends went to visit a historical and archaeological city located in Sonargaon, the famous Narayanganj district of Bangladesh. The name of the archaeological city is Panam City. Although I have traveled to different places, I have not seen any archaeological city. Through this trip, my aspiration has been fulfilled.
I am impressed by the standard of living of our ancestors 500-600 years ago. Even then, they had a touch of modernity in their minds. Even after so many years, I can see the impression of that modernity when I go there. Only the people with modern mentality have disappeared. Only the buildings made of broken bricks remain. Such a beautiful city is also etched in my heart. I will keep this sweet memory for the rest of my life. Today, I present the moment of that day here.
Did you achieve any goals or milestones this year? If yes, share with us.
I have been working on Steemit for 1.5 years. In this one and a half years, I have been able to take my reputation to 71+. I think this is my big achievement. Although there are many better users than me they have achieved much bigger reputations during this time. Even then, as a bad user, I am very happy with this achievement.
Also, in a few days, I will be able to join the Dolphin Club. Currently, I have 4587 Steem. Little by little, I am moving towards the Dolphin Club. Insha’Allah, I will be able to touch that desired milestone soon.
Did you travel anywhere this year that left a lasting impression on you?
I often travel to different places. Sometimes I travel with my family and sometimes with friends. A few days ago, I traveled to the traditional Shilpacharya Zainul Abedin Museum with two other friends.
This is not just a museum. There is a historically recognized big landlord here. This place is impossibly beautiful and has become one with nature.
I was amazed and kept walking around this place with a huge area. Seeing the vastness of the area, I am not happy anymore. Even now, when I close my eyes, I can see that landlord's house and the beautiful nature around. This place has left a permanent mark on my mind.
What are your expectations for 2025 and what are the things which you don't want to repeat in the upcoming year?
We all have beautiful plans for the future. I am also not outside of that plan. I hope for a good promotion at my workplace in 2025. Some preliminary talks have already been held on that subject.
Maybe I will get good news soon.
In terms of work on Steemit, my target in 2024 was to exceed reputation 70. I was able to meet that target. Now my target in 2025 is to exceed my reputation of 75 and achieve double dolphin.
To meet this target, I work on Steemit for quite some time every day. I believe that I have not accepted any incredible target. If I work regularly, I will be able to meet this target, God willing.
I used to post in the Steemit for Ladies community. Once, plagiarism was unexpectedly detected in a post. Although I was not involved in plagiarism. It happened because of not checking for plagiarism. I do not want such an incident to happen. I want to make a place on Steemit with complete honesty, using my knowledge, my experience, and my talent. I do not want to take responsibility for theft even if I did not steal. I do not want such an incident to happen a second time.
