Human can't be perfect and only creator Almighty can be perfect. Almighty creator can create things perfectly but we human we born to make mistake, learn, sometimes repeat mistakes and make new mistakes to learn more and this way one day we will die. No one can say with full confidence that he never made a single mistake in life.
If we human never made mistake then we would be angel or special creation of Almighty. The imperfection was start from the beginning of human life as we know the first human adam and eve and how they ate forbidden fruit. We human can't be perfect because we were not created to be perfect and show perfection in everything.
Can human be perfect?
The straight answer is NO. We can't be perfect but we can try to be good human being instead focusing on perfection. Being perfect shouldn't be our aim because whenever we try to be perfect we will make more mistake and we can learn from it but can't be completely perfect for long time. Perfection is a temporary and uncertain thing for we human.
By trying hard and making several mistake we can be perfect on specific field but it has no guarantee that we will be perfect forever on such particular field. For example you are practicing a lot to be a perfect human and you are trying to take under control your anger, greed, arrogance, revenge, crave, desire and almost everything and you are thinking that's all now to be perfect.
One day suddenly you find yourself not enough kind and cruel to other animals or you find yourself hurting someone for no reason and right there you will discover the imperfection in you and your practice for bringing perfection need a restart but every time we human will definitely miss something that could make us perfect. This was just an example, So we human can't be perfect all the time in every field.
Write any one thing which is not possible by a human to do?
Human can do almost everything but human can't be immortal and human can't bring back the time that they left behind. If human could be immortal then they never care about God, religions and anything in this world. For a permanent endless life human could be the most cruel animal of this earth.
Human knows that one day we all will die but still there are many people become cruel to others, fight for material things in this earth like they fight for money, land, assets, properties, power and many more endless needs. Human can be involve in inhuman activities. Human can't hold the youth forever and the time they lost they lost it forever.
What would happen if a person would be able to do everything in this world?
If a person would be able to do everything in this world then he would be a demon and definitely involve himself in destructive activities. A person will misuse of his power for doing or controlling everything in this world. This person will deny the existance of Almighty and will claim himself God (Astagfirullah). So perfection is not for human and human better learn from their mistakes. That's all I wanted to say!

According to you, humans are not perfect is acceptable and true at many points. This is somewhere a person gets a chance to learn and accept mistakes. You has clearly mentioned about the imperfections which ultimately leads to the acceptance and then corrections.
You emphasized that humans are not immortal which has no doubt in it. And i true admire that otherwise nobody would care about the God, care and slowly humanity will be erased.
