Assalamu Alaikum, I hope everyone is well and healthy. I am very well and healthy by the grace of Allah. Like every day, today I have come to talk to you about a new topic. The main topic of my talk today is:

I will share an incident from my childhood with you today. When I was young, I was very naughty. When we were young, we all played football together and we all spent our days very happily. One day, we prepared for a football match between our neighborhood and another neighborhood. We went to the football field and started playing.

We were enjoying the game very well. I was also a player in that team. I could not play football, but I played well no matter what I played. I really like sports and there can be no more beautiful things like sports. When we left in the middle of the game, a ball from our side was kicked hard. Our player kicked towards us, due to which the ball came and hit my chest.

I was in a lot of pain and it was like I was in a very difficult situation. What can I say, I couldn't breathe. My life felt like it was going out. I didn't understand when I was young. Actually, when we play football, we get hit by the ball in different places. But I will remember that incident for the rest of my life. The football came directly and hit my chest. At that moment, I fell straight to the ground. Before I knew it, everyone caught me and took me to the water.

I sat in the water for some time and then came out. I will remember that incident for the rest of my life. But it is normal for us to have such problems when we play. But we should take care of all the things and play sports. We should not get any harm while playing sports. Playing sports is very beneficial for our health.
