Assalamu Alaikum.
Hello everyone,
I am @sojib1996
From #Bangladesh
How are you all? I hope everyone is well. Alhamdulillah I am fine too. Today I will be taking part in a beautiful contest of the Steem For Pakistan community. This contest name is "One Picture And One Story Week #62"
Thank you so much Dear Honorable Ma'am @suboohi for organizing such a beautiful event.
Today, I will show a part of our factory in One Picture, One Story. Our factory is a rod company. Our factory buys raw material (scrap) and melts it through current and gas to make rods.
Pictured is a section of a steel mill where scrap is melted. Generally, scrap melting is done at 1700-1900 degrees Celsius. There are only scrapers and various chemicals used to improve the quality of the rod.
Scrap is brought in trucks from different parts of the country and unloaded here. And it unloads the scrap through large magnets. I took the picture from Unload Point.
The picture shows the scrap being taken to melting with the help of magnets. There is a lot of smoke due to smelting. The material is pushed in by a mold to be melted with the help of a crane above.
To wash more and not pollute the surrounding environment, there is a process of extracting these washes as ink through blowers, which are sold at 80-82 rupees per kg. All these types of ink are sold in China.
The steel mile is very difficult to work with due to the temperature of 1700-1900 degrees. Yet people have to risk their lives to work for their families or work, and each person has a different set of safety clothing.
Billets are made by melting scrap from our steel mills. From this billet, the rod is produced in the rolling mill. But we sell this billet to another rolling mill.
Working in this factory is very difficult due to heavy washing and heat in the steel mill. And some places can't work long hours. But the pay is better than the hard work. That is why people are willing to suffer so much.
Rods are produced and sold from billets produced by steel mills. But in our country or many countries of the world, the building is done with rods. The big rod factories in our country export goods to foreign countries.
I would like to invite my friends @iqrabatool34 @jyoti-thelight and @nurnobi10 to take part in the contest.
