I am happy to participate in a beautiful competition. Healthy Steam always gives us beautiful information about living a healthy life, here we get a lot of information. Today's competition is very beautiful because we all get infected with more or less diseases, so we need to increase our immunity so that we do not get infected easily. If our body does not have immunity, we get infected with small diseases, so some instructions are given below to increase our immunity.
I would suggest changing your daily routine to include eating healthy foods and exercising at least 40 minutes a day. As it keeps us healthy, it also relieves us from many diseases and increases our immunity many times.
We always need to keep nutritious food on the dining table, we must keep vitamin-rich food in the food because if our body does not get enough vitamins, our body becomes weak. So we have to eat nutritious food to increase our immunity.
We should eat plenty of vegetables, especially vegetables like broccoli, seeds, lemons, nuts, fruits, etc., which increase our immunity.
Studies have shown that vitamin D from sunlight is very beneficial for our body, especially because it increases our immunity by many times. So we should be in the sun for at least 30 minutes every morning.
We need to drink water for the body and brain to function properly because drinking water helps to remove harmful substances from our bodies and keeps our bodies fresh.
Since chickpeas contain a lot of iron and magnesium, it increases our immunity and it is a very powerful food and powerful food easily increases our immunity.
Raw turmeric has many properties, but it is very beneficial when mixed with raw turmeric milk. Doctors say that it works as a high antibiotic in our body. And high antibiotic means increasing our immunity.
Without enough sleep, our bodies do not have energy, and without energy, we are easily susceptible to disease, so we need to sleep for 8 hours every day and avoid consuming sugary drinks.
Eating different fruits and fruit juices refreshes our body, "There is strength in fruit" so we should eat more fruits. Also, we should avoid stale food, studies have shown that stale food contains many germs which increase the bacteria in our body.
