The healthiest oil for cooking is the extra virgin olive oil why because it contains a high amount of monosaturated fat it also contains I quantity of antioxidants which is good for the body it helps deal with weight loss and contains a considered amount of cholesterol which is very good for the heart. However,we have coconut oil and avocado oil. Unlike the regular kind of oil we use everyday these oils have nutritional health benefits to the body.

Unarguably, mango is the sweetest fruit according to the Guinness book of record, mango is very rich in vitamin A which helps in maintaining good eyesight it's contains fiber which aids digestion, it contains vitamin c which helps in the healing of wounds and B6 which helps the brain to function smoothly and above all it has a very sweet and juicy taste which makes it the sweetest fruit.

Fruits which contains potassium are oranges banana grapefruit and so on. Potassium fruits help maintain a healthy diet by regulating the blood pressure however considerate into for potassium will help us maintain a healthy diet. Potassium containing fruit helps maintain the balance of fluids in our body, as a matter of facts the help lower blood pressure and reduce some heart diseases in the human body.
