To set a monthly budget in a job or business, the first step is to make a list of all possible expenses, including employee salaries, operational costs, and inventory purchases. Set realistic numbers based on previous experience or market research.

Next, prioritize expenses and allocate funds according to the urgency and impact on the business. Always set aside funds for emergencies or uncertainties.

Regularly monitor budget realization and identify potential savings. If possible, use financial software or apps to make tracking and analysis easier. In addition, periodically revise the budget according to changing needs or market conditions.

Finally, involve the team or related parties in the budget planning process to ensure collective involvement and support to achieve financial goals.

Skill or Education what is important for getting a handsome Job or running a successful business?

A strong education and relevant skills are an important foundation for achieving a winning job or managing a successful business. An academic degree or certification can open doors, while practical skills such as leadership, communication, and problem solving play a key role. The ability to adapt to change and the desire to continue learning are also invaluable.

One of the success stories that inspired me in the photocopy services and stationery sales business was my friend who opened a photocopy business in Lhokseumawe City.

By understanding the needs of local customers, he chose strategic locations near campuses and offices. My friend focuses on fast service, affordable prices, and high print quality. With innovations, such as online ordering systems and special packages for students, his business is growing rapidly.

Apart from that, it also provides various quality stationery. In a short time, my friend managed to build a reputation as the place of choice for many customers, encouraging business growth and creating jobs for the local community.
