It is a pleasure to share my knowledge with you my dear readers. Growing up I used to hear my elders say that no one knows it all. What you lack in knowledge maybe another person's fortress. For this it is always good to share ones knowledge because in the process you learn and unlearn a lot of things. And also you can never have all the knowledge there is.

That was a fun one yeah, but let's try something more serious, have you ever wondered what hormone is responsible for stressing you out?

In my country I am sure everyone has an abundance of this hormones especially university students and teens who are entering adulthood. In my state, Uniuyo is sometimes termed unistress because of the stress that it has on the students. But majority of them are not aware of the hormones that causes it. Are you ready to find out! Drum roll 🥁..

It's Cortisol! Cortisol is an important hormone produced by the adrenal glan, it helps our bodies respond to stress (physical, emotional, or psychological).

Note that while the Cortisol hormone plays a crucial role in our survival, an elevated level can lead to issues like anxiety, weight gain, and insomnia. So, take a deep breath and try to manage that stress!

Leap year comes but after how many years?

Before I answer the question let's talk about Leap Year! A Leap Year occurs every four years, by this an extra day is added in the calendar to keep our clocks in sync with the Earth's orbit around the Sun. This extra day is always tacked onto February, making it a 29-day month instead of the usual 28 days. The last Leap Year was in 2024, and the next one will be in 2028. So, mark your calendars!

Special thanks to @sahar78 for this contest, and I will also love to invite @vudeme123, @bossj23 and @uduak3287 to participate in this contest as well.
