So without any further ado let's start today's story. I would love to invite some of my Steemian fellows - @jubayedhossen91, @saikat01, and @mueeinislam to participate in this amazing contest. A famous architect and inventor named Daedalus lived in ancient times. He was a person of extraordinary intelligence and creativity. He was also very well known for his extraordinary innovative talent.

Daedalus had a brother's son, whose name was Talaos. Talaos had a keen intelligence and we are still using his various inventions. He first invented the compass through which we can draw a circle till now. Also, looking at the fish's cut, one day he thought about how it could be used for cutting wood. From that thought, he made a saw for cutting wood. In this way, his name and fame gradually spread all around the country and also the world. He became known to everyone for his innovative abilities. On the other hand, Uncle Daedalus could not tolerate this fame and expansion from his nephew. A false belief was born in his mind that his name and fame would gradually fade away and everyone would remember the talent of Talaos. Burning with jealousy, Daedalus made a very heinous, dark, and terrible plan against Talaos.

He took Talaos to a high hills in Athens with his plan. Talaos also believed his uncle and went to that place without saying a word. Standing there, Daedalus pushed his innocent nephew Talaos from the top of the high hills and threw him down, implementing his cunning plan. God never punishes an innocent person. Just then, the goddess Athena of Athens decided to save him. Athena used her supernatural power to transform Talos into a partridge bird before he could fall to the ground. This bird mainly flies close to the ground because they are afraid to go high in the sky.

Meanwhile, Daedalus' evil plan became known to everyone in the city of Athens. Finally, the king of that country, Minos, heard about the conspiracy and he punished Daedalus. Daedalus was forced to send to the island of Crete. From the island, he and his son planned to escape. For which with wax he made wings as the bird has. After making the wings as planned, when he flew into the sky and went too close to the sun. Due to this, his wings were burnt by the heat of the sun and he fell down from the sky and he died.

The lesson we learn through this story is that our minds should remove envy for others and create good and honest thoughts. If we harbor envy in ourselves after seeing the progress or talent of others, it can be very dangerous and its effects can destroy our personal lives. Jealousy and greed lead a person astray and God does not like such a person.

This was my story today. I hope everyone will enjoy reading this educational story and we will all implement it in our lives.
