Hello everyone On this occasion I want to join a contest held by @sahar78 about the Commemoration Contest||Sharing general knowledge week 34 this is my entry

✅What Vitamins Do Olives Contain?

Olives are without a doubt one of the healthier types of fruits that comes with a lot of health advantages. One of the vitamins to prevent free radical damage, vitamin E is a very strong antioxidant that is found in abundance in olives. lives are Vitamin E rich and so help to keep the skin healthy, strengthens the immune system; they protect the body from chronic diseases (like heart disease or cancer) by fighting against these diseases in advance. Please also note the little vitamin A olives provide as it is good for the eyes, some B complex vitamins like B1, B6 and B9 that support metabolic function in your body.

✅List of Vitamins in Oranges

One of the very commonest fruits being orange; they are packed with vitamin C !!!
Oranges are rich in vitamin C, but have Vitamin A (good for eyes) & a little of the B vitamins B1(thiamine) and B9(folate) that supports a few functions of metabolism and DNA production. It contains also healthy fats like the spotlight position oleic acid so olives properties are huge for the sake of a healthy heart.
