Hello Chefs! I'm @abdullahw2 from Pakistan. Warm welcome to my post. How are you all? I hope that you will be doing well. Today I'm here to participate in this Steemit Engagement Challenge Season 9 Week 6 in the Steemit Iron Chef community. The topic of this challenge is "Tell us about that accident or incident in the kitchen". So let's start without any more delay of time.

Tell us about that accident or incident that happened in the kitchen.

As we all know that kitchen is a place where we cook our food and it is located in almost every house. Almost every has some memories inside the kitchen. Some has interesting memories and some has bad memories. I have also an incident inside the kitchen which I want to share with you.

Almost three years ago I came home from my college.It was a very hot day of summer. I was feeling little bit tired and hungry. Usually my mother cook food for me and my siblings but that day she was not at home. She was in one of my relative's house. So I decided to make noodles to fulfill my hunger.

Then I put the water in a frypan to boil. I was feeling suffocating due to the summer. So I went in my room to change my clothes. When I came back after almost 5-7 minutes, I was great shocked to see the whole kitchen was on fire. I was fully astonished to see that incident. There were the flames of fire in the whole kitchen. I think this incident was occured due to the gas leakage but thank God I was outside the kitchen. In no time the the everything inside the kitchen started burning. The wooden furniture, the pots everything was burned 😞.

No I was unable to solve this huge disaster alone. I was crumbling with fear and shouting Fire!! Fire!!. Then some of my neighbors listen my shout and came for my help. I also called my mother and father. They were throwing the buckets of water to control the fire. But I was just watching them hopelessly. But after sometime time I encourage myself and started helping them. After a long struggle of almost 30 minutes we overcome the fire. The fire extinguishers and the fire brigade service both were not available in my area that is why it took more time and burnt the whole kitchen.

After that incident I went back to the kitchen but there I saw only the ashes of the things which were present in the kitchen because everything was totally burnt. Then I and my mother started cleaning the kitchen. I was feeling guilty Infront of my mother but she encouraged me and ask it's ok my son, you are more important to me than my kitchen.

Actually this accident left a very bad memory in my mind. Whenever I remember that incident my eyes Begins into water. Going back to your beautiful kitchen and watching only ashes there is such as terrible situation. Usually every bad incident teach us a lot of lessons and I also have learnt a lesson from thst accident. We should always be careful from fire because it can burn everything in seconds. I have also advised my siblings to be careful from fire.
