Para realizar estos SNACKS utilice:
Manzana Verde
Pepino
Aguacate
Brócoli
Habichuela
Apio
Aceitunas
Para la Salsa:
Aguacate
Apio
Perejil
Aceitunas
Alcaparras
| Ingredientes | Lavados y Cortados |

El brócoli, las habichuelas y el apio los blanquee en agua caliente, posteriormente reserve el brócoli, las habichuelas y el apio los aderece con ajo, sal, pimienta y los lleve a la air fryer por 5 minutos, teniendo todo listo procedí a emplatar.
Quedamos fascinadas con estos SNACKS tan frescos y a la vez crujientes y combinados con la salsa son insuperables.
Hay infinidades de productos verdes que es un color que dice solo al verlo VIDA, RENACIMIENTO Y PROSPERIDAD.
