I wanted to do something different before going to the gym that has both carbohydrates and protein.
So, I diced onions, garlic, and potatoes, with 4 eggs, took everything into the blender till they became liquid like.
I added black pepper, salt, cumin, and hot pepper.
It doesn't look good at this point, doesn't like it's gonna work either, but I gave it a shot anyway.
Then I took this liquid and put it into a pan, and added butter and hoped it would taste well.
This is it after it's done, it looks just like fryed eggs, and I think I should've left it for longer to become more solid or to come up as one part like a cake, but I was a bit in a hurry.
It tasted delicious tho, I think what gave it a special taste is garlic, it was kinda the most obvious taste in it, it was a bit spicy but wonderful.
I think I'll make it again but next time I'll leave it for longer to solidify, and maybe I'll add more ingredients like minced meat or minced chicken, I don't know.
I'm always looking for something quick to make that requires no cooking skills because I don't have any 😂 although I enjoy cooking.
It was very nutritive to me, it gave me what I need of carbohydrates and protein to give me enough energy for a long workout.
Do you think you can try this someday or its appearance doesn't look encouraging 😂
