Daily Menu Delicacies

Today, I am going to share with you the items on my meal menu. Without further delay, let’s get started.

Lunch Menu

	Healthy salad dish

First, the dish you see here is a healthy and delicious item. This is a salad made with tomatoes, cucumbers, and green chilies. I like it a lot. For the past few days, I’ve been trying to include this dish in my lunch menu almost daily.

Fried Potatoes	Stir Fried Cabbage

The next dish is fried potatoes. Both my husband and I enjoy this type of fried potato, so I prepared this recipe today.

Another item on the lunch menu was stir-fried cabbage. Cabbage is a very popular winter vegetable in our country. It is highly beneficial for our health. I read in a book that it helps prevent cancer. This cabbage dish was also very tasty.

My favourite beef curry

Another favorite item on today’s lunch menu was beef. Beef is one of my most favorite foods. I cannot eat broiler chicken or similar types of meat. Among all meats, beef is my top favorite. Today’s beef dish turned out to be as delicious as it usually is.

Lunch Dish

This was my lunch menu for today. You can see that I arranged all the items nicely with plain white rice in the middle. Every item on today’s menu was very tasty.

Snack Items

	Dates for snacks

For snacks in the evening, I had dates. Eating dates gives me instant energy. Among fruits, I enjoy eating dates the most.

Choco Break chocolate biscuit

Another snack item was Choco Break chocolate biscuits. This is a local item in our country. The biscuits were fairly good in taste.

Dinner Menu

	Garlic mash

After having various items at lunch, I planned to make something light for dinner. So, I prepared this yummy mash. This is roasted garlic mash. I fried garlic, green chilies, and onions lightly in oil and then mashed them using a mortar and pestle. Both my husband and I enjoy this garlic mash a lot.

Egg mash with chilli

I hadn’t eaten egg mash for a long time. So today, I boiled eggs and mashed them with green chilies and onions. This egg mash also tasted good. I usually enjoy such mashes with hot rice.
