Friends, today I am going to share with you the recipe of a Rajasthani dish Ghee Churma. We make this dish on the festival of Makar Sankranti. And it is believed that eating churma with lots of desi ghee on this day improves eyesight.

Ingredients

Flour
Refined
Desi Ghee
Powdered Sugar

Method of making churma

• First of all we will take flour and then add refined little by little to it and mix flour and refined by kneading them well with hands. Add refined flour only till it becomes a laddoo.

• Then add water and knead the dough. Keep this dough aside for some time. Just for 15 minutes.

• Put refined in a pan and heat it and then fry puris with the prepared dough.

• When the puris are cooked, then cut these puris into small pieces and grind them finely in a mixer grinder.

• After grinding, we will add powdered sugar and mix it.

• Our churma is ready. Now while serving it, add hot desi ghee. Wow churma is very yummy.

Earlier, when there was no mixer, churma was made by pounding it in a flour mill, then it took a lot of hard work. But today making churma is very easy by mixer Grinder. All ladies are thankful to today's technology. Due to which the work of ladies has become easy today.
