How are you doing, i am also good. Whenever i have participated in food contest these are my super favorite as i loved to cook food for ny family and especially if i talk about the colors, definitely it matters alot, i loved the topic SEC | S13-W3 - “Colors in food.”
What is the most used color in your meals?
Well!!! My favorite has dynamic it has different colors and variety on daily basis. I prefer to cook vegetables which are seasonal and in combining together creating something new is my favorite.
I thought first consider the nutrients of eating and then of course the colors as we may attract towards colors first rather than taste and health. I guess it may be habit of most of us.

Of course when i will serve chicken Manchurian my family will be attracted towards color i made it healthy and colorful too.
Do you consider that colors in foods represent nutrition?
Yeah, sometimes they may represent the nutrients and nutritional values too, because if we health conscious definitely we will concern about the colors too.
Like i most prefer to cook leafy vegetables in green colors, and carrot mix in so that all health nutrients nay be get. I made raita must which is white but muxing of tomatoes, onion and mint made it healthy and colorful too.

What is your favorite color in food?
I guess, i used many colors in food, like orange, green and if i am cooking fish white, chicken is also white and rice is also part of my daily diet almost. Rich in carbohydrates and vitamin. It also best for skin rejuvenate so my food colors are in combinations. If i talk fruits of course it has also many colors in it.

Egg fried rice
I have cooked egg fried rice for my family, you can see it has many colos, the egg white and yolk color, white color of rice,. The green color of bell pepper. Similarly i made it colorful so that my little doll may attracts and eat it even a very small portion.

Choosing a variety of colors in food is the right tip to increase appetite. Color largely determines our taste before taste and health as you say.

Así es, las comidas coloridas son nutritivas siempre y cuando este color sea natural y no artificial.

El pollo manchurian que preparaste se ve delicioso con la combinación de colores el rojo de la salsa que lo acompaña lo hace ver más tentador.
Probar platos de otros países debe ser una experiencia única ya que cada cultura a adquirido diferentes sabores únicos de cada lugar.
Pero el arroz sigue siendo un alimento mundial y el plato principal de cada mesa.

Las comidas suelen tener una variedad de colores, ya que utilizamos diferntes verduras y otros productos como la zanahoria y el tomate que agregan otros matices.
