Actually you have delicious but also healthy food. In breakfast, I also love to eat eggs omelette with fresh cow milk. I also eat white rice in my lunch everyday. Rice has good amount of starch too and it fills appetite. I love to eat sesame seeds because I never ever tried. Overall your post is mouth watering.
