What is your favorite ingredient? What makes it different from others.

It is catfish I like using this fish to cook it's really nutritious and has a lot of health benefits that's makes it unique.

There are different fish available for cooking but what makes it different from others is its own taste, catfish has a unique taste, the oil in it gives any food you cooked with a nice tastes.

It's bones gives us calcium, omega 3 fatty acid in it is very good to the body, it's also rich in vitamins and minerals and it's oil can be used in frying too very nutritious oil to cook with. I normally extract the oil if I want to driy the fish so I can make good use of the oil rather for it to be wasted while drying.

Is this ingredient often used in your home?

Yes very well. I used it in almost all meals that requires fish in it, I used it both the dry, fresh and barbeque. I used it to cook pepper soup rice, all kinds of soup, sauce, porridge, rice etc. It has a good tastes and makes your food have good taste and look appetising in the eyes. With the enormous health benefits it has I decided to use this in my home to make my family look healthy.

I enjoy a lot of recipe with it, I cooked it as I want to enjoy it at home with pepper soup, with all kinds of soup and as well I used it for stew, porridge plantain as well as Ekpang Nkukwo all kinds of Nigerian food that need fish will go along with sweet yummy catfish 😋😋
