Recently, I decided to start paying more attention to what I eat for breakfast. I wanted to come up with something new and healthy that would allow me to start the day off right. After a few days of searching, I concluded that the perfect solution would be oatmeal with yogurt in a jar.
This breakfast is simple and quick to prepare, and it's very healthy. Oatmeal is a source of complex carbohydrates, fiber, and B vitamins. Yogurt, on the other hand, provides protein and probiotics that help maintain the health of the digestive system. You can learn quite a bit about nutrition by making new dishes :D
To add variety to my breakfast, I add different fruits such as apples or bananas. Sometimes I also add peanut butter because it is rich in calories and healthy fats that positively impact our health.
One by one:
- flakes can be ground with a blender or simply put in a jar. In this case, I blend everything.
- I use natural yogurt or yogurt with a higher protein content
- I added a banana.
- I add a little cinnamon for flavor
Really recommend. This is a quick dish. Delicious. And healthy. Anyone who doesn't have an idea should try it. This can be done in many different ways with many ingredients. If someone has to drink coffee in the morning to wake up. You can even add coffee.
Overall, I am very happy with this new breakfast and I will eat it every morning. I recommend it to everyone who is looking for a healthy and tasty way to start the day!
