Hopefully my post can be a good thing.

On this occasion I will also discuss and also participate regarding healthy nutrition as written in the contest title, and I will also answer a few questions regarding this. I hope all my friends like what I wrote on this occasion.

What is healthy eating for you?

For myself healthy food for me is daily food like white rice with side dishes cooked by my parents and also 2 liters of water per day and that is healthy food in my opinion. and most importantly, if you buy food on the packaging, it must have halal writing on it and then process it properly.

So healthy food for me is cooking from my parents and also fruits that are certain.

What is the importance of eating foods that provide nutrients, mineral and vitamin to the body?

The importance of eating foods that provide nutrients in vitamins for the body is to maintain health and immunity so that we are not susceptible to disease, And if we eat foods that are nutritious, these mineral nutrients and vitamins can make us stronger inside. And if we eat foods that are nutritious, these mineral nutrients and vitamins can Makes us excited in our daily activities.

Do you Consider your diet to be healthy?

In my opinion, there are two kinds of diet, the first is a diet in a healthy way and there is also a diet that is done not to eat food or not to keep food. The first diet, in my opinion, is a diet which really maintains food without having to reduce the food we eat every day, like we eat nutritious food with only fruit.

And the second diet, in my opinion, is money that is not allowed and this is considered unhealthy because we diet by not eating so we reduce food for our own bodies, And this is not good for health, in fact it can make us sick because we guard food too much so we don't eat it.

Which are the foods that you consume most in the your daily menu, do you consider that they are the right ones to maintain a healthy diet?

As I said above, I often eat that daily meal with food that has been cooked by my parents and that for me is food that is definitely good. For health, Because parents already know what is healthy for their family.

Apart from that I also eat foods such as fruit, more precisely I buy juice to make it easier for me to drink nutritious drinks and this is healthy for health And that's all healthy food I personally think.

1BreakfastI eat my mother's cooking, such as fried rice and sunny side up eggs, For drinks, a glass of warm tea and a glass of mineral water every morning.
2LunchI often eat Fried Chicken White Rice (Geprek), and drink mineral water.
3SnacksI only eat bread sold in stores and also drink avocado juice.
4DinnerI eat white rice with a side dish cooked by my parents, and often eat white rice with a side dish of gravy and chili fish. The drink is water.
5Drinks2 liters of mineral water, avocado juice, and a glass of chocolate milk

And that's all food and drink according to what I eat everyday and for me it's healthy for my own health. I hope my friends can also be inspired by this What I wrote on this occasion.

I like the idea of drinking mineral water, in general water is healthy that we often can add to any meal of the day. Often we forget about that. Often when we live with parents or visit them they still encourage us to stick to healthy food, seems all parents are the same.
