Steemit Engagement Challenge S7-W2: "A special lunch with a Steemian" .

Hello Friends!

It's my pleasure to welcome you all to my blog! Today I want to write about the Steemian I will like to have lunch with. Steemit has opened doors for us to form new friendships both far and near, people we learned from and got inspired! Its always been my desire to have lunch with Many of my Steemians friends but today I will just mention one in this contest

I would like to have lunch with @simonnwigwe, he's a user from Nigeria and I got to him well when we started working together as a Moderator In Steem4nigeria and steemkids and parents Communities. I like his energy about work, dedication, and hardworking moreover he's determined. I like ambitious people who set goals and work smart to reach them, Yeah this is the kind of person he is and most importantly he is humble and easygoing and I can't help but like his positive vibes. I would love to have lunch with him to get to know how he used to manage his time more efficiently and effectively.

I was tempted to say jellof rice with chicken but no, it's what one can easily get in a restaurant, and recalled it's a special lunch so I would love to prepare something unusual, something unique and special, hahaha yeah I will like to prepare something he has not eaten for some time if he has eaten before o and it's one of my local delegacy, the Afang Soup, and Eva!

I love surprised and I guess Simon will like it too, so I will prepare the soup and keep. I love homemade food, unlike restaurant own, homemade food is nutritious and healthy, I make sure I add all the (orishirishi) assorted, and the meal will be chopped One, chop 2 meaning if you have a taste of it you will demand more!

Meals like this go down well with 🍺 beer, so I'll keep Heineken beer 🍺 for him, but In case he doesn't take alcohol I'll make fruit juice available.

I like coffee ☕ though, but for this lunch, o prefers making a sobo drink and he will take it with dessert. I'm trying to make everything special and unique, yeah unusual.

It's always an opportunity to show hospitality and become happy, so I will try and make this day memorable!

A Special lunch with a Steemian will be an unforgettable experience, it's always a pleasant thing to meet with fellow Steemians, people you've shared the same goals and vision with. I've developed some friendships in this blue space so having lunch with some will help me to get to know them better! Thank you.
