On this very short occasion I would like to take the time to participate in a contest held by the Steemit Iron Chef Team with the theme "Perfect Menu From Home" this is the challenge of season 9 week 5. Food 4 healthy 5 perfect has become a health campaign since a long time ago. The goal is to improve nutrition and build strong, healthy communities. Healthy and nutritious food should be eaten by everyone, regardless of age.
Ingredients.

Today I am at a neighbor's place waiting for guests to come. And a food menu has been prepared by the chef at home. For the lunch menu, my wife usually prepares rice at home, white rice with grilled fish, and also a glass of warm sweet water or other hot drinks.
Cooking spices.
I chose the menu because the menu is my favorite menu. I also went to the fish market to buy several types of fish that were there such as tuna, shrimp, chicken and several other types of fish. Likewise for the needs of my home kitchen I also shop at the market such as buying tomatoes, chilies and several other needs. Before cooking the food menu, the chef often asks me and also the children what menu they want to cook today. The menu for food is also different every day. For afternoon snacks I usually make us fried bananas and fried noodles. Why are these snacks because fried bananas and soto noodles are easy to make and don't spend a long time.
Lunch dishes.
The main ingredients used when cooking by my chef are fish, chicken, shrimp, tomatoes, chilies and several other main ingredients according to the ingredients he will use when cooking. The benefits of this food menu make us healthy because it includes 4 healthy 5 perfect. Likewise, vegetables are very good for health and there are lots of nutrients in these vegetables.
I buy fish usually around IDR 20,000 equivalent to 7 Steem, Chicken costs IDR 50,000 equivalent to 17 Steem, Shrimp IDR 60,000 equivalent to 20 Steem while for other shopping prices it depends on how much we buy like tomatoes IDR 15,000 equivalent to 5 Steem, red onions Rp.35.000, equivalent to 11,800 Steem and some other shopping that must be purchased.
